How a site comes together.

01

We schedule a Zoom call to talk through your vision

We hop on a free 20–30 minute Zoom (or a regular phone call if you prefer). I'll ask about your business, who your customers are, what you want the site to do, pages you want included, colors or brands you like, and any examples of sites you've seen and liked. By the end of the call we'll both be clear on the goals, the page list, and the timeline — no jargon, no pressure.

02

You sign the contract and pay the 25% deposit

I send you a written quote with everything we agreed on (pages, features, price, timeline). You digitally sign the contract right on this site and pay a 25% deposit by card — secure checkout, instant receipt. The deposit locks in your project on my schedule and the signed contract protects both of us — you know exactly what you're getting, and I know I'm getting paid to finish it.

03

I design and build your site (usually 3–10 days)

I build the site using modern AI-powered tools so you get a custom, professional result in days instead of months. I write all the copy, generate or place your photos, set up the contact form, mobile layout, and any extras we agreed on. I'll send you a private preview link partway through so you can see real progress — not a wireframe.

04

We review it together and you get 2 free revision rounds

You look the site over and send me a list of changes — wording tweaks, color swaps, layout adjustments, anything that doesn't feel right. Two full rounds of revisions are included free. Additional rounds are $50 each (up to 5 total) so you're never stuck with something you're not 100% happy with.

05

You pay the remaining balance and the site goes live

Once you approve the final version, you pay the remaining 75% balance. I then connect your custom domain (I'll walk you through buying one if you don't have it yet), publish the site, and hand over full ownership — the account, the code, everything. You get a short Owner Handover Guide with your logins and step-by-step instructions.

06

You own it and update it yourself in plain English

After handover the site is 100% yours. You can update text, swap photos, or add a new section anytime by literally typing what you want in plain English inside Lovable — no coding, no developer needed. If you'd rather have me handle ongoing changes and new features for you, the optional $100/month Care Plan covers unlimited requests.
