I send you a written quote with everything we agreed on (pages, features, plan, timeline). You pick the monthly plan that fits — Starter ($99/mo), Growth ($199/mo), or Premium ($299/mo) — digitally sign the service agreement right on this site, and start your subscription by card with secure checkout. No huge upfront cost, and you can cancel anytime.
I build the site using modern AI-powered tools so you get a custom, professional result in days instead of months. I write all the copy, generate or place your photos, set up the contact form, mobile layout, and any extras we agreed on. I'll send you a private preview link partway through so you can see real progress — not a wireframe.
You look the site over and send me a list of changes — wording tweaks, color swaps, layout adjustments, anything that doesn't feel right. Two full rounds of revisions are included free. Additional rounds are $50 each (up to 5 total) so you're never stuck with something you're not 100% happy with.
Once you approve the final version, I connect your custom domain (I'll walk you through buying one if you don't have it yet) and publish the site. Hosting, SSL, maintenance, and ongoing support all stay included in your monthly plan — no separate bills to manage. You get a short Owner Handover Guide with your logins and key info.
